My Problem
The front glass on the iPad had broken due to the customer dropping their iPad 4th generation.
My Fix
Removing all the shards of glass were time consuming even though I did tape the display prior to removing. Shards around the edges were tough to remove, but I stayed patient and removed them all.
My Advice
Take your time, use the proper tools.
