My Problem
I somehow damaged my antenna while in the process of removing the motherboard from the GPU/CPU heat sink to change the thermal paste.
My Fix
To be honest, I was sketchy to order this product having seen very little bare bone parts for the PS4 on the internet anywhere, sure enough it arrived at my door in a pristine envelope, slapped it on in and fit like a glove with no more issues.
My Advice
If your controller isn't working properly, I would first diagnose to see if it's the controller seeing that it's 4x more expensive, there are many tutorials on youtube on that issue. But, if you've done all of that and still have BT problems(mainly only works in certain spots), then order a new antenna from here, don't try to fix it yourself like I did and fail every step of the way.
