First timer. Went much faster than I thought.

My Problem

Replace Battery. After just one year, it emptied twice a day. Couldn't work with it any longer. Last time I took it to the shop, they charged me $38 -- because they knew me.

My Fix

I saw the related video. 5 minutes. Looked at it twice, so around 10. Then used the enclosed tools, (thank God they were included) and I went to it. Less than 5 minutes it took. The young lady in the video pointed out three thiings to pay attention to. I did. It all went smoothly. I felt like I've done this a few times before.

My Advice

Pay attention to the video. Learn the process from the video. DO NOT just wing it yourself, THEN look at the video. You might do damage which will take you MUCH MUCH longer to undo. Like the old saying goes: "Measure twice, cut once."
