Shouldn't have been so lazy

My Problem

I was leaving my parents house and instead of placing my phone inside something that would keep it from falling, I decided to try and carry it in my hand while trying to get out the door with my cane. Needless to say, bam! Phone falls and lands on corner which cracks screen and slightly bends earphone jack. This is my third IPhone in 5 years (upgrades) and it's the first time I've dropped one and cracked the screen. I guess I should feel lucky but if my case were stronger and I wasn't being lazy, I wouldn't be telling this story either. My screen shattered from the left corner up throu the whole screen. It was really bad in the corner but some cracks went all the way up.

My Fix

The repair went well for me since I called a cousin who has a friend who knows how to do these kind of things. I'm not repair savy but he is and I can't thank him or you enough for fixing my cracked screen.

My Advice

If your not good at repairing things hopefully you can find someone or know someone who is. I got lucky.
