My hard drive was failing
My Fix
After spending the weekend out talking to various repair options, I remembered to ask a friend to help instead. He recommended your site and the drive that I ordered. I was traveling for the week so I did standard shipping trusting the drive to arrive by the time I was back on Friday evening without incurring any extra expense. It arrived on Wednesday! My friend installed the new hard drive for me on Saturday, cloned the drives and I was back in business by Sunday morning...without any lost data or software reinstalls. What a relief!!!
My Advice
When you get the "failing drive" warning, replace before it fully fails. I'm so glad I did.
