Simple battery swap

My Problem

Original battery on a 4 year old laptop, down to one hour of battery life... Yikes.

My Fix

Repair went extremely smoothly. Removed the lower case with a few screws, unscrewed the battery, put in a new one, put screws back, put lower case back on. Simple.

My Advice

Make sure that you use the pentalobe screw driver only on the case screws and the torx t5 screws only on the battery screws to avoid stripping them.
