My Problem
Did not charge anymore due to lose connector, weak battery the lasted only half a day, and earpiece, that became very quiet
My Fix
Did major surgery: replaced the connector assembly, earpiece, and battery. Lots of screws and many steps. Takes about two hours.
My Advice
Do not lose the little washers under the connector. They are hard to see as they are flush with the back case. You only noticed them after they are gone, in my cases after cleaning the case with compressed air. There is also one washer under the speaker.
