no problems. good instructions. several good videos on line, too.
My Advice
The back of the case does not have to be removed completely by disconnection of the second lead, IF only replacing the iPod battery.
On line video was particularly helpful to show how to release the latch on the battery connector cable without breaking it. A guitar pick helped hold the bottom edge of the case open while using the opening tool to go around the outside of the case.
