Cracked screen on my wife's phone.
My Fix
Smooth, except for a couple of lost screws.
My Advice
My main advice is to be very patient and very organized with the screws that you remove. Start with about 10 small containers to hold each screw from each step and then go in reverse at the end. The screws are very easy to lose. I lost 2 during the process, but luckily they were relatively insignificant and didn't affect the end result.
