My Problem
My hard drive crashed in my Macbook, when I turned the laptop on, it opened Disk Utility and then wouldn't recognize the drive when I attempted to restore it.
My Fix
Very easy. I had never replaced a hard drive before, and the step by step guide made it possible for anyone to do it.
Also, I didn't request, or pay for, 2-day shipping, but two days after ordering my package was in my mailbox. That was an absolute godsend after being without a personal computer for two weeks.
My Advice
Buy the kit from here, if you don't already have the tools. It had everything I needed to complete my repair.
