Stuck Screw be Damned!

My Problem

The right fan started making warbling noises. Otherwise the MacBook Pro is in great shape (and amazingly still runs the latest OS X release).

My Fix

Everything went according to plan until I got to the last of the three fan screws. It was stuck. In order to get it out, I had to take my Dremel and carve a slot into it and remove the screw with a flat-head screwdriver.

My Advice

Would like to buy a replacement screw from iFixit.
