My Problem
I had dropped my iPhone 4 several times and was lucky that it had never cracked, until the day that it slipped out of my pocket while I was riding a bike on vacation. The phone hit the ground right where the camera is and started a spider web of cracks on the back glass. When I returned home I started researching getting my phone fixed. One of the local Apple repair places quoted me over $60.00 to change the back glass which I "thought" was not too bad until I got online and found ifixit. The price was reasonable and included the tools needed to make the swap.
My Fix
The online instructions seemed simple. My Revelation Kit was delivered in short order and the swap took about five minutes and looks really cool. It has been noticed by many people who think that I am missing the back glass of my phone.

I highly recommend ifixit to anyone who needs to repair.
