Hard drive cable failed? Yup

My Problem

Computer was super slow and couldn't reinstall the operating system. It couldn't unmount the drive to format it.

My Fix

Easy repair. Figuring out the problem wasn't as easy.

My Advice

Slow computer? If the hard drive fails some tests, and a new hard drive doesn't fix your problem it could be the cable. (speaking on these macbooks only)
