My Problem
The unit was dropped- several keys and the USB port non functional
My Fix
It was not a repair so much as a straight swap. The used unit purchased was in good shape, It was shipped expeditiously, and is in good working order. The cost was cheaper than any other place I could find it.
My Advice
Do not let a 13 year old take a tablet outside until AFTER the impact case is put on.
