cracked screen from one too many drops
My Fix
slow but steady... ran into an issue with glass shards and the wifi antenna. I also had to use some heavier duty tools to shape the aluminum shell out of the way of the new glass. That was probably the hardest part.
My Advice
really watch out for that wifi antenna. I didn't break mine, but I sure came close. Also, I don't have a microwave, so I was unable to use those I-opener gel thingies. Instead, I used a hair dryer, which works great, so long as you don't go overboard with it. As far as the glass shards, I forgot to follow the smart advice of using box tape to hold all that crap together when taking the glass panel off.
