My Problem
Fan was not cooling my Macbook Air 11"... I had to use an app to speed up my fan's rotational speed to keep my mac cool. Finally I decided to replace the fan.
My Fix
It was easy with the instructions provided by IFIXIT.
My Advice
Have a good workspace and time to methodically complete any repair.
