Shattered front screen and unresponsive home button - FIXED!

My Problem

I accidentally knocked over my unprotected iPhone 4 (yes, I still use the iPhone 4). It dropped about 3 feet and landed on ceramic tiles. The entire front screen was shattered. It was still responsive, but I'd just be gliding my thumb over shattered glass. Also, my home button had been unresponsive for several months now - out of the blue.

My Fix

The repair was straightforward with the guides. My phone looks brand-spanking-new again, but It took me over 2 hours because I wanted to be careful with every step.

My Advice

Regarding the home button: the repair guide stated that the home button may have a piece of plastic that needed to be peeled off. I thought there was a piece of plastic stuck to the underside of the home button, however LEAVE THAT THERE! Also, a complimentary plastic tray to organize the screws, and the inclusion of tweezers would've been nice. Overall, would purchase again!
