Bad headphone jack, difficult to repair iPod helped tremendously by guide.

My Problem

Headphone jack stopped working.

My Fix

Removing the back housing was very difficult. After that was off, everything went much smoother.

My Advice

Make note of where all the housing clips are in the guide and slowly work on those areas. Go slow & don't force it. Slow and steady wins the race where rushed and impatient gets you a broken device. A little heat applied to the back also helps get the battery adhesive softened up.
