My Problem
Old battery wouldn't hold a charge.
My Fix
The adhesive strip that holds the battery did come off as easily as expected.
My Advice
I recommend heating the back of the case to soften/loosen the adhesive no matter what. If you are cheap like me simply fill a small sock with a handful of rice and microwave it for 1 minute and then place the warm sock on the back of the iPhone case before you attempt to remove the adhesive strips.
