My Problem
Simple but sad story...iPod would not turn on...no music = no work in the yard. Unhappy wife!
My Fix
Watched the YouTube video and all went great! The putty knife did the trick.
My Advice
Awesome company...great product...saved me a couple of hundred dollars.
