My Problem
My Iphone slid off the coffee pot, and fell hard onto the time floor. This caused the screen to crack to the point that I couldn't see the display clearly.
My Fix
Patience and a steady hand are required to have a successful repair. The screws and parts are small so have a plan in effect for the repair. The outcome is rewarding and you will be happy with results.
My Advice
I advise that you set up a clean workstation. As you start to disassemble the phone, according to the online instructions, put the parts in order from top to bottom per disassembly section. There are many different size screws and shields that need to be replaced exactly. As I removed each section I staged them on top of workstation. I then worked my way down in a row. When time to reassemble just work your way up in reverse.
