My Problem
As a musician doing outdoor gigs in Florida, my macbook air gets exposed to a lot of use above the recommended ambient temperature. Battery went stone cold dead.
My Fix
Repair was a piece of cake! iFixIt has excellent visual instructions. Very easy to follow.
My Advice
Get 4 small containers to put the screws in... There are 2 sizes of screws in the cover, and 2 sizes on the battery itself.
