My Problem
Ipad 2 fell of a table and impacted on the upper right corner causing large spider cracks in the front display but was otherwise still usable.
My Fix
Prepare for a long haul if you have lots of small cracks on the right side where you start the removal process. Total time was about 4.5 hours to soften all the adhesive and pick out the individual shards. Even with taping the display I found the plastic picks would get hung up on each crack. After getting the display off everything was relatively easy.
My Advice
Get the Bluetooth/Wi-Fi Antenna if it is your first time doing this repair. You most likely will damage it without knowing it.
