My Problem
A ~6-year-old MacBook Pro was running super hot and giving us battery warnings. My colleague, who manages our work Macs, volunteered to help with my personal MBP.
My Fix
She's done this more than a dozen times, so it went smoothly.
My Advice
I didn't have to do much, but my colleague assures me the products and service offered by iFixit are the best there are.
