My Problem
Took the PS3 to a repair shop and after 4 weeks of no results I went and picked it back up. They didn't even try!!! Found your repair kit and watched the video clip and others on Youtube. Went ahead and ordered
My Fix
It took two tear downs to get it right, but I did it.
Cleaned off the processors real good and reapplied the heat paste better and smoother.
My Advice
Take pictures when you take it apart. Take your time.
Heat and cool the board and processor pads well and let cool. apply the paste evenly.
Next a smart phone!!!! Go Mom!!!
