Battery was dying whenever 3G was turned on, even Edge wouldn't hold half day!

My Problem

The battery had 640 battery cycles on it already from use and capacity diminished to 700~900mAh depending on software used to check.

I was eligible for the Apple replacement program but was told I would be given a refurbished iPhone 5 after 6 weeks of sending them my original iPhone, so obviously a no go!

My Fix

The tools that came with it were absolutely perfect for the task, but I didn't use the suction cup that came with it as I already had a heavy duty suction cup on hand so that was what I used.

The screws are so small so those with poor eyesight would have to take care.

My Advice

Do take care to keep the screws in a visible container probably dark colored would be best.

Take care to attach all connectors back, and don't try to force anything as they all attach easily, if you feel the need to force it then know you're doing it wrong in the first place.

Don't tighten the screws too much, this is not a Car!
