My Problem
I had a failure warning for my HDD on my MacPro indicating that it was failing. I thought I might have to get a new NB but tried this instead. I only had 4GB of memory so since I was going to open it up I figured I'd upgrade that as well.
My Fix
No problems at all. The tools provided worked great and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Result.. a near new 4 year old MacPro.
