My Problem
I received my phone 2 years ago from my niece who was moving out of province. The last 3 months, the battery wasn't charging very well and kept dying after using for less then 4 or 5 hours. I did some research on line, and found IFixit! YAY!! Ordered my battery as well as one for my husband's phone for when the battery goes on his.
My Fix
My husband did the repair when I was at work. Took about 15 minutes, no problems what so ever. He went to the website and followed the written instructions and voila, battery changed :D I'm extremly happy with how it all played out! Since the change over, I only need to charge my phone every 3 or 4 days!! Thanks IFixit (or, MyHusbandFixesIt)
My Advice
When changing the battery, it really is glued in--be carefully prying it up :D
