My Kid smashed her iPhone 4s screen and I figured, 200 bucks! are you kidding me?!
My Fix
Followed the guides here at iFixit. Seemed daunting at first but just follow and you'll be ok.
My Advice
My advise? Skip eBay and head straight to iFixit for your parts. Sure they are a bit more expensive but hey as the saying goes you get what you pay for and iFixit delivers. Seriously great service and flawless parts. If you are going to do a repair start with the proper parts and and the rest is patients and a great repair guide.
