My Problem
I had a cracked digitizer from my kids dropping it a few times.
My Fix
Took a few hours being very careful but went well. The instructions were great and I recommend reading through once before your start. Using packing tape on the broken glass was a great idea and made it pretty clean. Very happy with the results although there is now a slight gap between the edges. I'm not sure if its based on the new part not being exact speck or from bending the frame of the ipad during removal. Once you put a screen protector and case on the device though you can't notice and it looks great..
My Advice
Take your time and be sure to read about the positions of the wifi antenna and the display connector.
