My Problem
The screen was completely shattered.
My Fix
Went pretty well. It took a long time (probably 4 hours), but it was my first time doing it. I think I could do it quicker if I had to do it again. (Fingers crossed; hope I don't have to.)
My Advice
Take your time, no need to rush it and damage any other components. Watch a couple videos online to see what it looks like, but I suggest following instructions here. If your glass is badly shattered be sure to use packing tape to hold it together.
