My Fix
Extremely easy! I had replaced a screen on a N7 before, but had to use a heat gun and glue/tape on the new screen/digitizer. This unit was the whole screen with bezel which made things 100X easier. Took about 10 min.
My Advice
Take your time and use a pill case for all the screws and a white handkerchief under the project, makes it a smooth repair without any lost screws.
