My Problem

The original battery was not holding a charge as it once did, but not to the critical stage. I was being proactive so I decided to replace it.

My Fix

Super easy to replace the battery thanks to your kit and instructions. Unfortunately the new battery was defective and wouldn't hold a charge at all. I sent an email to IFIXIT and got a super quick response. Another battery is on it's way. Thanks

My Advice

If you receive a defective battery just tell IFIXIT and they will make it right.
