My Problem
Half of the digitizer was broken off revealing the circuit board, and the front camera. It was very unresponsive and erratic.
My Fix
It all went off without a hitch. It took approximately 25 minutes because i dropped one of the small screws so i spent a solid 10 minites looking for it. After that I transferred the top speaker unit, inner frame, and the home button onto the new screen/digitizer assembly and reinstalled it. I was very impressed with the quality and packaging.
My Advice
My advice would be to keep track of all the very small screws as some go in specific places. Be patient when transferring the home button. The adhesive can become very cumbersome if you're not careful, and you can damage the ribbon cable if you don't slow down and ease it off.
