My Problem
My battery in my iPhone 5 puffed up and pushed the screen out on the top side
My Fix
The battery was the exact battery needed for the repair went without a hitch.
My Advice
You don't have to actually remove the screen to replace the battery. If you can get someone to hold the screen at a 90 degree angle while you change the battery it will save a lot of steps.
