6 years old and still in daily use

My Problem

My wife's laptop had turned into a desktop that couldn't travel more than 3 feet from the charger.

My Fix

$100 new battery from iFixIt and about 15 minutes of work and it's back to new.

My Advice

I was nervous about buying the battery from any one but apple. I knew the work was trivial, but to save $35 was it worth the gamble? I've used iFixit in the past and had faith, glad I did. The battery they sent had 0 cycles on it, legit apple part, and is working wonderfully (3 cycles in anyway).
