My Problem
My wife's iPhone 4 battery was not holding a charge for very long. There were times when she would just let it stay plugged in and use it that way.
My Fix
After watching the ifixit video on how to replace the battery and using the tools provided by ifixit, the repair was relatively easy. I was a little concerned about the grounding clip, but with a little patience, that worked out also. I replaced the two original Apple pentalobe screws with the two Phillips screws that came in your Liberation kit. The entire process took about ten minutes.
My Advice
I did watch the ifixit video a couple of times and read the battery replacement text. I also watched and read this: http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/ip...
This video helped a little bit more with how to handle the grounding clip and how to avoid some potential problems. Check it out.
