Late 2008 battery replaced on MacBook Pro 15"

My Problem

Original battery with 1037 cycle count was getting hot and swelling; no longer holding a charge.

My Fix

I had no problem installing or charging the replacement battery I purchased from iFixit. Charge lasts approximately 4 hours. I'm happy so far! Thanks for the coupon. I might upgrade my RAM.

My Advice

It was a little difficult to find the proper way to condition the battery before use.
