My Problem
My lightning connector was broken. When I plugged it in, it would charge on and off. I'd have to wiggle the chord in order for it to charge.
My Fix
The repair went awesome and video and pictures helped a lot, showing what screws and cables to disconnect
My Advice
I would say, tell people they need to take a little plastic piece off their old headphone jack and put it on the new Ifixit housing.
