My Problem
My battery was 2 years old and would drop down to nothing after reaching about 30%.
My Fix
Directions and actual repair was easy as per instructions but new battery was faulty. After email to IFixit was quickly answered, they sent a replacement. Have not received it yet but am sure it will work. Good customer service
My Advice
If you are careful, it is not necessary to remove any connections but the battery as long as you keep the screen 90 degrees from the base.
