My Problem
Phone was improperly displaying battery life and wouldn't hold a charge.
Dang you Apple! Some people actually want the same phone to last more than two years!
My Fix
Dis-assembly went quick, only sticky part was the removal of the battery (old adhesive was very strong) and some initial confusion on how to re-position the logic board.
My Advice
Make sure you read the guide and NOT just watch the video... many important clues are in the guide. Positioning the camera first was something I missed on first go-through at the re-assembly stage.
Overall not bad, and will do again. Since I had replaced the main-board on a Macbook Pro 17" a while back I wasn't daunted.
