My Problem
Altering battery percentages/phone shutting down long before 20%/after shutting down, not coming on until around 30%

Quick and easy, 15 mins per phone
My Advice
Use a blow dryer on the front and back of the phone when it's open to help the battery release from the glue strips. (My phone is around 27 months old and left out in freezing weather in the winter as I can't take it into work) My phone I had to peel one off the original battery and place it back in the frame of the phone. The other phone was a refurbished phone through a Verizon replacment plan and the battery had been replaced once already because it wasn't a Sony battery (cheap $10 battery off eBay is what I guessed, probably why here was giving her issues) and it fell out with no heat
