Would not charge battery

My Problem

Battery would not hold a charge and the phone would not run connected to electricity. Needed pictures off the phone. I could not even do a backup before I started. Changed the battery and retrieved the photos. Everything else works too

My Fix

Great. I followed the instructions and watched the video first. The step by step instruction were great. I might add that putting the cover back on, you need to give it a few millimeters too before sliding it place. The tools were wonderful..

My Advice

Even though some people said they did it quickly -- take you time. This was my first phone even though I have worked on computers and the phone is much smaller. I used my magnifying glass several times
