My Problem
The battery on my Mac Book Air was messaging to service battery and it wasn't holding charge
My Fix
The repair was super easy if you have the correct tools. one corner of the battery was bent enough to where I could not install it without branding it flat. That worried me because you cautioned not to touch the cells but I had no choice. The battery did charge fine and has been working for four days.
My Advice
Please inspect the battery for physical defects before you ship
