My Problem
After 2.5 years of ownership, had a loose micro-USB connection on the MoBo. While purchasing a new board was a bit pricey for a dated phone (~$100) it was more attractive than the perspective of soldering a new one onto the existing MoBo
My Fix
It was a breeze. Instructions make repair work easy even if you didn't have any prior experience.
My Advice
Read through all the instructions prior to repair or purchase. While the plastic opening tools weren't that necessary, the screwdriver was essential. Much easier to purchase everything as a package
