My Problem
My girlfriend's iPhone 5S was discharging rapidly, and not holding a charge in general.
My Fix
The repair went smoothly. The guide on iFixit was clear and instructive, and I changed the battery with no problems. Now my girlfirend's phone holds a charge all day.
My Advice
Keep a plastic tray or your magnetic mat close to the repair device, as the tiny screws have a tendency to get lost easily.
