My Problem
After 31/2 years, our battery life on our 2 iPhone 4's was getting pretty short
My Fix
I did the replacements one phone at a time in case anything went wrong, but the first battery install went so smoothly that I did the 2nd phone shortly after
My Advice
I found that when I remove the battery connector gently the antenna shield stayed in place and I didn't have to worry about it
