My Problem
Getting the old cracked front panel was a breeze, thanks to all the tools IFIXIT sent, Yay! My issue was when every thing was put back together I didn't realize there was a protective sticker in the inside of the glass as well. When I took of the sticker I somehow managed to rip the digitizer cable...that was a bummer. I had to re-order a new front panel and shuck this one to experience.
My Fix
The repair was completed, my mini iPad with retina display is working and looks brand new.
My Advice
Having the proper tools is everything. Proper lighting and because the screws are so tiny I suggest you purchase the magnetic project mat, it just keeps your workspace neat and tidy.
