My Problem
Some one spilled something on the 3DS and the shoulder button on the right side was sticking.
My Fix
Sadly I stripped the screw before I decided to order the kit so the repair did not go well, hardly the kits fault which is fantastic.
My Advice
Wait for the proper tools for a job, rushing without the proper tools could lead to trouble.
