My Problem
My battery needed replaced on my 2009 MacBook Pro. It wouldn't hold a charge for more than 15 minutes, and now I have over 5 hours!
My Fix
It was easier than I thought it'd be to be honest. It took maybe a total of 10 minutes, and that was mostly because I was cautious opening it up for the first time.
My Advice
My advice is to look around for batteries online. I love ifixit for the quick delivery and high quality tools, but the prices of their batteries are about twice as expensive as the one I found on eBay.
